These have been exactly what I’ve been looking for! I take half of one and my insomnia just melts away and I can finally sleep well. After years of trying different medical approaches, surgeries, medications, etc…nothing worked. It’s great to wake up feeling rested and not groggy! Although I am still very relaxed when I wake haha. The flavor is ok, but that’s not what I’m buying for. I’d highly recommend these gummies.
